The concept, visual direction, image selection, review and publication of content are the responsibility of the operator of TrainFurther. AI-assisted tools supported the drafting of text and imagery as well as the technical implementation.
The imagery used on this website was created for TrainFurther with the help of generative AI, then selected and integrated into the overall design. Whether and to what extent an AI-assisted result is protected by copyright depends on the human creative contribution and must be assessed individually. The terms of use of the respective tools also apply.
The training plans, metrics and app previews on the homepage contain illustrative sample data. The messages under “Our approach” are editorial examples of possible questions for the AI coach. These contents illustrate the product and are not individual training recommendations.
Training information is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you experience symptoms, have a medical condition or are uncertain, seek advice from a qualified medical professional.
When you interact with an AI feature in the app, this will be made clear. Automatically generated recommendations may contain errors and should be reviewed critically when making important training decisions. The initial training plan and direct one-off changes follow their respective confirmation flow. If the rolling training plan is enabled, the KI Coach can continue the confirmed plan automatically within defined plan zones and adjust existing sessions; a change is treated as applied only after technical calendar readback. Current data processing is described in the privacy notice and is updated when new data flows or recipients are introduced.
The personal AI Coach uses health and recovery data only when you have explicitly agreed to this. You can withdraw that consent at any time for the future. Without it, the Coach does not use those data for automatic plan adjustments. In the app you can also manage connections, export your data and delete your account. More details are available in the privacy notice.
TrainFurther uses OpenAI for its AI features. Only the information needed for the current coaching task is sent there. If you use a voice message, the recording is sent to OpenAI so it can be turned into text; TrainFurther does not keep the audio file permanently in this process. Your conversation history and Coach memories are stored by TrainFurther. At present, we cannot yet promise that every OpenAI processing step takes place exclusively in the EU or that no data is ever kept there temporarily. We are clarifying these settings with OpenAI and will update this information once they are contractually and technically in place.
Answers created or assisted by AI are made recognizable in the app. TrainFurther also keeps technical records in the background, such as the time an answer was created and which AI model was used. This helps us trace outputs later and support security, quality and transparency requirements.
TrainFurther aims to base its training recommendations on traceable sports science and medical evidence. A curated overview of the sources and studies actually used will be added once the methodology and literature have been professionally reviewed. Until then, no claim of specific scientific validation is made.
TrainFurther currently publishes no customer reviews or testimonials. If such content is introduced later, it will not be fabricated or presented misleadingly; for consumer reviews we will explain transparently whether and how their origin is checked.
The web fonts are served locally and the applicable SIL Open Font License is stored with the assets. Before any new image, screenshot, logo or other media is published, its provenance or right of use must be traceable.
The website supports visible keyboard focus, alt text or decorative hiding, and reduced motion. Changes to the palette or interactions are checked by the accessibility regression. Accessibility barriers can be reported to hello@trainfurther.com.
