When your week
changes.
You miss a run. Your legs are tired after a ride. Or you wonder whether you are making progress. Discuss what these situations mean for your training with your AI coach.
Questions from your training week.
The messages below are editorial examples. A suitable answer depends on your plan and the data available to your coach.
You miss a planned run.
“I cannot fit in this week’s planned run. I have time again on Friday. How could we adjust the rest of my week?”
Discuss which session is affected and what is still planned for the rest of the week. Your goal and remaining training days give the conversation a clear starting point.
What helps your coach: Name the session, your new time slots, and whether you want to discuss an option or request a specific change.
You can still feel yesterday’s ride.
“I spent a long time on the bike yesterday. My legs feel heavy today, and I have a run planned tomorrow. What should we consider?”
Your week includes more than running mileage. The Activities overview also shows other recorded sports. Bring the ride or strength session into the conversation and add how demanding it felt.
What helps your coach: The sport, date and duration of the session, and how you feel now. Available recovery data can add context if you have given your coach permission to use it.
You want to understand your progress.
“I am not getting faster on my easy runs. How have my pace and heart rate changed? My last run was hillier than usual.”
Look at several comparable runs with your coach. The running analysis shows available values such as pace and heart rate over time. This helps put an individual run in the context of your development.
What helps your coach: Describe the purpose of your runs, similar routes and any unusual conditions. Add how the sessions felt. A single value does not establish progress.
Ask when something
is unclear.
You review and confirm your first training plan. If you enable the rolling plan, your coach may automatically extend and adjust it within the designated planning areas. Ask when a suggestion does not fit your week or its reasoning is unclear.
